These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Aegis Forge (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Aegis Forge provides advisory services focused on:

• Ad policy compliance

• Campaign and creative risk assessment

• Platform-side guidance and escalation strategy

All services are provided strictly on a professional advisory basis. No execution, implementation, or platform control is implied unless explicitly agreed in writing. Aegis Forge is engaged to identify risk and provide clarity, not to assume operational control.

Nature of Engagement

Aegis Forge operates as an independent advisory partner.

We do not act as:

• an advertising platform

• a platform representative

• a legal authority or regulator

All recommendations are based on professional experience and interpretation of platform policies at the time of delivery.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Clients acknowledge that:

• Advertising platforms operate independently and retain full discretion over enforcement decisions

• Policies are subject to change without notice

• Enforcement outcomes may vary based on factors outside our visibility or control

Accordingly, Aegis Forge:

• does not guarantee ad approval, account stability, or delivery continuity

• does not guarantee prevention of suspensions, restrictions, or bans

• provides guidance intended to reduce risk, not eliminate it

Final decisions always rest with the respective platform. Clients acknowledge that compliance recommendations reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for:

• All advertising content, claims, and targeting

• Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

• Implementation of any recommendations provided

Aegis Forge shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from:

• client-side implementation

• partial implementation

• or deviation from provided guidance

Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve interaction with external platforms.

Aegis Forge has:

• no control over platform systems, policies, or enforcement

• no obligation or ability to override platform decisions

We are not liable for:

• policy changes

• automated or manual enforcement actions

• platform outages or technical issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Aegis Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• This includes loss of revenue, account suspension, campaign interruption, or reputational impact

Total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

Commercial Terms

All pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are defined separately per engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• services are delivered on a best-effort basis

• no ongoing obligation or exclusivity is implied

For scheduled workshops or in-person sessions, cancellations made less than [7] days in advance may be subject to a partial or full service fee. Travel and accommodation costs incurred prior to cancellation may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and advisory materials developed by Aegis Forge remain our intellectual property.

Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes only, unless otherwise agreed.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with agreed commercial terms.

Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
